The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kuwaiti Charitable Society, Haffadh, lawyer Abdulaziz Al-Rifai, announced that the Society won three advanced positions in the Khaled Al-Issa Al-Saleh Award for Excellence in Charitable Work, which was established by the Union of Charitable Societies and Charities. Al-Rifai stated that Haffadh won first place in the field of (Distinguished Institution Award) for the second year in a row, and also (first) place in the field of (electronic leadership) for the “Sahibi application,” in addition to second place in the field of (best documentary film) for The movie (We feel their pain...a journey to Syrian refugee camps) and Al-Rifai dedicated the victory to philanthropists and all the supporters of the Hefazat Association and the association’s employees, and everyone who contributed to the success of its journey in the field of serving the Holy Qur’an and charitable and humanitarian work, and achieving the pioneering successes and achievements it has achieved. Al-Rifai pointed out that the most important thing that distinguishes the Hifaz Association is the educational and supervisory team and the members of the association who specialize in memorization, Qur’anic sciences, and recitations, and belong to the people of the Qur’an in learning and teaching, in addition to the confidence of Kuwaiti society in those in charge of “Hifaz” because of their specialization and long history in serving the Holy Qur’an. In addition to the association’s keenness to diversify its humanitarian and charitable projects inside and outside Kuwait to serve multiple segments of beneficiaries and participate in Kuwaiti efforts to develop communities. Al-Rifai thanked the Union of Charitable Societies and Foundations and those in charge of the Khaled Al-Issa Al-Saleh Award for Excellence in Charitable Work, praising the distinguished role of the award in honoring and motivating Kuwaiti charitable institutions, including associations, foundations, volunteer teams, and workers in the field of Kuwaiti charitable work.
